“I am not someone who typically leaves reviews, but after living here for a year, I felt it was a good opportunity to share my honest experience. Overall, this is a very nice apartment community. My husband and I truly enjoy the amenities that are offered. The community itself is pretty easy going. That being said, we felt that certain aspects of the resident experience were smoother under the previous management team. We rarely had any concerns, but when issues did arise, maintenance was exceptional, communication was prompt, and management was highly responsive. Even the maintenance team we had was exceptional! Since the transition to the new management team earlier this year, it has taken some adjustment. While the office staff are professional, direct, and straightforward, which I appreciate, I believe there is room for improvement when it comes to communication. On some occasions, I have sent emails regarding important matters and have not received a timely response. In many cases, I have had to send follow-up emails, even just recently, I sent an email last week and this week with no response yet. Me and my husband don't always have the flexibility to stop by the office due to work. Although these concerns have not overshadowed our overall positive experience, consistent and responsive communication is important to residents. I believe improving this area would greatly enhance the experience for current and future tenants. Overall, this is still a great place to live, and I hope to see continued improvements as the new management team strengthens themselves in their roles over time.”

“I truly want to thank Ms. Tori for her kindness and outstanding customer service during a very stressful moment for me. There was a spider on my door while I was holding my baby, and I was completely terrified and unsure of what to do. After contacting the leasing office, Ms. Tori came to my building right away to help. She was so understanding and compassionate about how scared I was, and without hesitation, she used a broom to remove the spider from my door. It may seem like a small act to some, but in that moment, her willingness to help meant so much to me. Her patience, kindness, and professionalism truly went above and beyond. I sincerely appreciate her for taking the time to help and making me feel supported and safe. Ms. Tori deserves recognition for her exceptional customer service, and I would gladly give her five stars. Thank you !!”
